We shake things up with our lunch menu every week, offering up a different main dish every day, with a soup or salad on the side. We’ve actually got no choice in the matter. If we didn’t keep things interesting, our chefs would look as bored as a koala up a tree (they aren’t actually bored – they’re just doped up from all the Eucalyptus leaves they’re eating…the koalas, we mean, not our chefs).
